CHALLENGE TRAVEL & TOURS/EXPLORE BELIZE CAVES CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

• Deposit is required upon booking and the balance due upon arrival.
• Due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly; Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date for full refund less $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations under 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS ONLY: Meeting time 9:00 a.m. ship time.
• FOR OVERNIGHT TOURISTS: The time will be arranged upon booking. 
• No refunds for no-shows, early departures, late arrivals or circumstances beyond the control of Challenge Travel& Tours/Explore Belize Caves.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, or Cash (US or Belizean)
• Travel insurance is highly recomended.
